Handcrafted and organic infused herbal oils are used in all massage sessions. Each oil selection is made based upon your body's individual needs as well as for its specific healing qualities.

Lila Ann ingeniously combines various modalities.  She blends long flowing Swedish massage strokes to connect the body and ease away tension, with deep tissue sculpting to work out knots and restore muscle elasticity. To further encourage flexibility, she incorporates expansive Thai massage stretches, there by lengthening muscles and increasing mobility. She also employs subtle acupressure flows to restore balance and harmony to the body systems.
Lila Ann creates a supportive space for relaxation and restoration.  Her nonjudgmental attitude and positive touch allow her clients the opportunity to put aside their worldly cares and experience delightful moments while being in their bodies.

Mama Bliss Massage, An additional $10

Truly a heavenly treatment! The session includes a soothing massage, aromatherapy, and some extra special touches. Steamy towels are strategically placed to enhance relaxation. Once you are properly relaxed a delicate belly massage is performed with Blossoms Belly Balm which helps prevent and heal stretch marks.

One of the greatest benefits of prenatal massage is honoring the mother- to-be. Often the focus of pregnancy is baby-oriented; however it is also important for expectant moms to be cared for.  If a mother is more relaxed during her pregnancy, the intrauterine environment is affected in a positive way. Prenatal massage is safe for most, but it is important to check with your doctor or midwife for any contraindications that may apply.

Just like any massage, Prenatal massage is a therapeutic workout that loosens the muscles and joints, improves the circulation, relieves fatigue and, in aiding the body, also benefits the mind and spirit. The difference is that prenatal massage is targeted to the unique needs of mothers-to-be.

Aromatics and soothing massage are interwoven into the experience.
